Short version: the JSON you paste never leaves your device.

Your data

All formatting, validation and repair happens with JavaScript in your browser. We have no server that receives your input. Your last input is kept in your browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back; clearing the editor or your browser data removes it.

Share links

Share links put a compressed copy of your JSON after the # in the URL. Browsers do not send that part of a URL to any server, so we never see or store it. Anyone you send the link to can read the data.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We also count which tool buttons are used (for example "Copy" on the JSON to CSV page) along with your country, so we know which features matter. These counts never include the JSON you work with, your IP address, or any identifier.
