Refund policy

Short version: if Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days and you get your money back.

14-day refunds

Any CurlyJSON Pro payment, the first one or a renewal, can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge. You don't need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank, and the license stops working once it's refunded.

How to ask

Email hello@curlyjson.com from the address you paid with, or include your receipt or order number. We reply within 2 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or on the Pro page. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. After 14 days, payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or if we stop offering Pro (see the terms).

Fraud and abuse

We honour refund requests made within 14 days. We may decline one only with clear evidence of fraud (for example, a stolen card), of repeatedly subscribing and refunding to use Pro without paying, or of a license being deliberately shared or misused. This never limits your rights under consumer law or under the policies of Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

Renewal reminders

Yearly plans renew automatically. If a renewal surprises you, the 14-day refund applies to it too.
